Brenda A. Campbell is the President and CEO of Unlimited Services Systems Management and Consultants, Inc. (USSMC), a Minority Woman-Owned Small Business. She has over 40 years of experience in management consulting, executive coaching, and program/project management. Brenda holds a Master's degree in Social Work and Business Administration from Howard University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.

Throughout her career, Brenda has successfully led USSMC, guiding it through the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program and expanding its operations across the United States and its territories. She has trained over 50,000 small businesses and has been a guest presenter at numerous conferences, including the National Veterans Conference.

Brenda is also the founder of the Enhancement Foundation Inc., a women's empowerment organization. Her extensive experience includes advising high-level officials in various federal and military departments, and she has been recognized for her contributions to small business development and community initiatives.
